Order Processing And Customer Service Representative Operator hiring now! 

Responsibilities and Duties

Enter orders into NetSuite system.

Respond to customer service requests;

Provide product information;

Prepare shipping documents and shipping labels;

Create Manifest or Picklist;

Filling shipping claims with the carriers;

Inform customers by email or telephone of order information, such as unit prices, shipping dates, and any anticipated delays;

Check inventory records to determine the availability of requested merchandise. Inventory adjustment;

Review orders for completeness according to reporting procedures and forward incomplete orders for further processing;

Ad hoc projects

Qualifications and Skills

College degree preferred;

Prior order entry/customer service experience;

Phone skills required;

Typing skills required, minimum 35/min;

Attention to details;

Ability to prioritize workload/Sense of urgency;

Intermediate understanding of Excel and Word;

Effective written and verbal communication skills;

NetSuite experience is a plus;

Online portal experience is a plus;

Teamwork: Must be able to work well with others/good team player.
