i agree with the others on here who warn against EVER buying ANYTHING from this company. i ordered six dining room chairs a while back. payment was processed immediately...but delivery was delayed month after month after month. i am not in the habit of floating vendors interest-free loans and when i asked about some sort of compensation for not receiving my merchandise any time CLOSE to what had been promised, i was refused. then, after finally receiving the items, it turned out that i required a few sets of hardware necessary to put the chairs together. again, all i received was the runaround ("we don't have any," "a shipment is due in a month," " the shipment was delayed indefinitely" etc)...until finally they just stopped replying all together! it is almost impossible to contact them.their phone system is a joke and email isn't much better. in particular, i'd like to highlight katherine davis (business development / marketing) as being PARTICULARLY unhelpful (and rude). whatever "deal" you think you're getting from this place isn't worth it. trust me. STAY AWAY!
